Youth landing his first job at Good Will retail store after volunteering for several months with men

I'm proud to say my client was able to accept the role of leadership during my one on one session but became resistant to humbling himself to show that he was capable of volunteering.  This young 16 year old father to be became receptive to my approach to "trust the process" the closer it came time for his daughter's arrival.  After he committed himself to volunteer everyday on with me by his side it didn't take long for him to show leadership quality to come on his own without me and was offered a job on the spot.  Once he received the job him and I intervene on how to facilitate pro social behaviors in vulnerable situations, to improve on his social awareness and triggers of his mental disability.
